The Financial Adviser service model centers around providing prompt and consistent information through a comprehensive dashboard that encompasses all aspects of the client’s financial situation. This approach fosters better communication and connectivity between advisers and their clients. Additionally, individualized dashboards with critical indicators and notifications are available to amplify the value advisers provide to their clients.
Advisers can access integrated “Add On” services that allow them to conduct all their required transactions in one place. Compliance oversight is ongoing and rigorous, thanks to the extensive use of data feeds and Robotic Process Automation. A structured referral program is in place, and Financial Advisers can benefit from a range of services aimed at keeping them informed of developments that may impact their clients and ensure continuous compliance.

Keeping you in touch and up to date
We recognize that when you outsource work to us, it is crucial that we understand what is happening and are capable of providing timely and accurate services to the funds you represent.
Through individualized SMSF Dashboards, you can easily monitor real-time data and investment information, which roll up to your own Adviser Dashboard. This dashboard provides essential information about the progress, issues, and alerts for all funds collectively, enabling you to take prompt action to resolve problems or capitalize on opportunities within your client base.
As an adviser, you will have continuous access to a comprehensive suite of data and investment information, including the ability to monitor Cash Management Accounts, track the status of each fund, and receive automated communication when necessary. Predictive analytics are also available to help you engage more fully with your clients and add value to the relationship. You can directly communicate with the assigned fund accountant via an interactive service centre
In addition to these services, we offer the ability to transact at multiple levels, including establishing a Macquarie Bank account, creating a new SMSF, or transferring single or multiple funds. Other essential services, such as Taxation, Regulatory, Actuarial, or Audit services, are provided at a marginal cost basis.
Finally, the annual financial package that you present to your clients will also feature your logo.

Taxation and Regulatory Obligations
Ensuring that every SMSF complies with regulations requires timely submission of returns to both the ATO and ASIC. The current penalty system has increased the burden of compliance on trustees to ensure that they operate their funds according to regulatory guidelines in a fully compliant and timely manner. There is now a greater focus on aspects such as investment strategies and trust deeds, making it more critical than ever for trustees to understand and fulfill their obligations.
We offer a service to take care of the taxation and regulatory requirements of funds, including annual lodgement of tax returns, BAS, PAYG, IAS, and annual ASIC returns, if appointed to do so. These services are available at a marginal cost and are outlined in our Fees section.

Reporting
You can access a wide range of reports at any time, including the ability to generate reports based on “to” and “from” criteria.
The dashboard offers regularly updated information on your fund, including query management, fund processing, lodgements, trust deed health, audit progress, and outstanding issues.
All of this information is linked to an integrated Service Centre that enables advisers to communicate with their fund accountant through a prioritized workflow system.
Transition of your funds to Connect SMSF
We have a specialized team for transition management that will oversee the process of moving your funds to Connect SMSF. This unit will work closely with you and interact with your previous administrator as necessary.
A dedicated transition specialist will be assigned to your funds and will stay in constant communication with you. They will provide you with the necessary appointment and application forms to authorize Connect SMSF to provide the desired level and extent of services.
ACCOUNTANTS SERVICE MODEL
We aim to collaborate with your business without causing any disruptions. Our administration services are fully customizable and can be tailored to fit your specific needs. You have the option to choose from the following services:
- Anonymous White Label: We provide annual administration services without displaying our name.
- Overflow Administration: In cases where your workload exceeds your capacity, we can provide additional administration services to support your business.
- Emergency Administration: If you lose a staff member and need temporary support to complete the administration, we can offer our services until you have a replacement in place.
In all of these service offerings, you will retain complete control of your clients and can provide audit services and lodge annual tax returns for funds if required. We will brand all materials, including the accounts, with your logo to ensure complete anonymity.
We use Class and BGL SMSF administration systems and can replicate your tax settings. You can also choose any reports from the administration system for your internal purposes and client reporting.
There is no minimum number of funds required to use our services.
Keeping you in touch and up to date
We understand that it’s crucial to keep track of the progress once you outsource work to us anonymously.
You’ll have direct access to our Cloud-based administration system to monitor the progress of each fund.
We’ll handle all queries through our cloud-based Query Portal. This way, you’ll have a clear understanding of the status of your queries for all funds, and it’s dynamically linked to the workflow. We use smart forms and direct links to send and receive the required outstanding information.
We’ll give nominated staff access to the administration and query management systems for viewing.
